Every parent can probably agree on one element of the school routine—the suckiness of packing lunches. True, some may dread it more than others. But no one enjoys doing it. No. One.
That’s why any resource that promises to make the entire ordeal easier is worth checking out. The School Year Survival Cookbook: Healthy Recipes and Sanity-Saving Strategies for Every Family and Every Meal (Even Snacks) is one such resource. The authors, Laura Keogh and Ceri Marsh, write a blog called The Sweet Potato Chronicles (which I love!). If you’re curious, go check it out—or visit their Instagram page—to see some of their other awesome recipes and some School Year Survival videos.
